Fish pathologists provided three hours of instruction to eight licensed private fish propagators.   Recommendations included ODFW services to the State and private hatcheries, parasite infestations and bacterial infections. 

Tony Amandi, Senior Fish Health Specialist for ODFW, shared information about testing for whirling disease, Myxobolus cerebralis.

At Nash Hall Fish Pathology Lab, Leslie Lindsay shares analysis about Bacterial Kidney Disease (BKD). 

The group received a tour of the Salmon Disease Laboratory and the Fish Performance Laboratory. (left and below left)
