Job Opportunity: Aquaculturist Position with Klamath Tribes

The primary purpose of this position is to prevent the loss of fish species which are unable to thrive without support. This position will rear Lost River, Shortnose Suckers, and potentially other species from eggs or wild-caught larvae for eventual tagging and release.

The Aquaculturist is directly supervised by the Fisheries Biologist. This position is expected to work independently, using professional knowledge and judgment in ensuring that duties and responsibilities are carried out in a timely manner and that policy and procedures are followed.
